Imagine being able to host a 'Comedy Club' quality evening in the heart of your community and raise funds for your charity.
Over 95% of the charities we work with make a comedy night a regular part of their fundraising calendar.
What do we do?
We host the evening with a professional compere
We arrange a line up of 5 Comedians to perform for your guests
We attend the evening, take tickets and welcome your guests
We bring the sound and lighting equipment for the evening (or we can use yours if you prefer)
We set the room up to create a great atmosphere for comedy
We create and print posters and leaflets to promote your event
We create social media posts to use to promote the evening
We sell the tickets on our website
How can you raise funds?
We don't charge you for running this event. We don't need any financial commitment or any payment at all. To cover the cost of running the evening and paying the comedians we keep the ticket revenue.
You raise money by:
Running the Bar - all proceeds from selling drinks and snacks
Providing food - all the proceeds from selling food
We can incorporate a raffle or auction in the evening if you chose to do so.
In our experience, most of the money is raised through the bar. We have experience fundraising from one comedy evening ranging from £300 to over £2000 - with average audiences between 80 and 120.
What we need you to do
Promote the event to your community and supporters
Stock and run the bar on the evening
Arrange a bar licence (our team can help if this is new to you)
Put up posters and deliver leaflets (if required) - we print them and ship them to you.

Networkfour Project Director
Burton Dassett Village Hall
Just wanted to say an enormous thank-you to everyone for the amazing comedy evening last night.
Everyone at Networkfour felt the whole evening was a fabulous success and continue to receive wonderful feedback, topped off with the amazing donations from everyone I am blown away. We are still receiving messages from others wishing to give further donations to support the charity.
Burton Dassett Village Hall is a registered charity and has worked with 'Comedy At Work' for the last three years. Anne and Mark have created an organisation to be proud of. Their comedy nights have become the thing of legend in our community. They always host hilariously entertaining evenings which are the subject of conversation for weeks afterwards. The acts are varied and of high quality, Mark and Anne are good at judging the atmosphere and keeping the evening flowing perfectly. Most importantly, the Restoration Fund has benefitted hugely from the profits of bar and food sales. The team are always a pleasure to work with and the night itself is always a source of pride for the hall. I would wholeheartedly recommend Comedy at Work to any charity looking to boost their income.
